Tom Torrance Heating & Cooling

I called Tom this morning because my furnace was going on and off for the last couple of weeks. He and his wife arrived in an hour and had the furnace up and working quickly. They were friendly and I personally was impressed with Mrs. Torrance and her ability to work in this field. I will be calling them in the Spring for my air conditioner cleaning. The price was fair and I highly recommend their company.

I was recommended Tom Torrance from a friend of mine when seeking a company for issues I was having with my furnace. They came out the same day. They explained everything they did, gave me tips, were very professional and kind. They did great work at a very reasonable price. They are very trustworthy and I will definitely be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend them.

Tom and his wife, Holly were punctual, friendly, conversational, quick to work, and honest. I know that they were honest because my furnace repair was very basic and required no parts replacement. In other words, Tom made the simple fix without lying or padding the bill with new parts and more labor. I had read good reviews of this HVAC company online, and I fully agree. Any of my future HVAC business will go to them. I recommend that you hire them, too.

We had several occurrences where we needed the assistance of Tom Torrence over the years as our furnace was very old and on its last leg. Tom assisted us in keeping it going through a couple more winters. When we could no longer kick the inevitable can down the road, Tom helped us acquire a new furnace and installed it in a very timely fashion. Prices were always reasonable and he even offered very fair financing options as well for the new furnace and installation. ... Not service related, but Tom went out of his way to be very kind to my dogs who were both anxious due to his presence. Shows what kind of person he is. My air conditioning unit had a problem and I didn’t Have a heating and cooling service person so I found Tom Torrance online and called him first thing in the morning and he returned my call promptly and set up a time to come later in the day to check it out. He found the problem immediately and replaced the part and its up and running. He was very professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Definitely will use him in the future.
