I texted Alex shortly after 6 p.m. on a Saturday to ask him if it was normal for the temperature on my thermostat to be 3 degrees lower than the temperature I set and then go down a couple more. He said that shouldn't do that I should have that looked at. He sent one of his employees Carter over. Carter came over and was here about an hour and it seemed like it was fixed. However, the heat was not coming through my vent about an hour after he left. I let Alex know and Carter called and asked what happened and I let him know. He came back and worked on it some more and then Alex stopped by to see how things were going and to look at it himself. They both worked on it and Alex explained what was going on. Carter was very thorough also and they both were very thoughtful and wanted me to have heat and know what was going on. They were very thorough and it is now a couple hours later and my temp I set and the temp in the room is 68 degrees and I am very happy! Thank you Carter and Alex. You both are very respectful, patient, thoughtful, thorough, and honest. Thank you so much! You have worked with my family members and businesses and my self for years and we appreciate you! You worked late tonight and I appreciate it! You were to my house within 15 to 20 minutes of my message and I appreciate it on one of the coldest days we have had in a long time!

This past Sunday morning around 4 am the temperature inside my house was dropping. I called Patterson and Stirling about an emergency call and spoke with Alex. Before scheduling an emergency call, Alex asked me to check the air intake of my high-efficency furnace. After trudging in the deep snow I found the air intake covered in ice. I cleared the ice and the furnace kicked on. Thank you Alex, you saved me a bunch of money and my family from freezing. Now get some rest.
