To start with the good. The call was answered immediately and the tech arrived within a couple hours on one of the coldest days of the year. The tech was professional and diagnosed the issue within about 15 minutes. Tech then left and got the appropriate replacement part. He then fixed the issue in about another hour. The bad…really just the price. I looked up a direct replacement part online and locally. I found it anywhere from $200-$300. They charged me $580. So not only are they charging premium rates ($120/hr) for labor but they are marking up parts at 200+%. It was a subzero day so I didn’t have the luxury of shopping around, but I may call someone with more competitive pricing next time.

I am very happy with the installers (Gary, and Joe) work on both my new furnace and heat pump. They paid close attention to the small details like the wire routing, plumbing and the retrofitting of the existing duct work to the new furnace to make it all look very good. I also appreciate the way the heat pump was mounted off the ground and on a sturdy platform. The overall experience from start to finish with Keep Heating and Cooling has been a pleasure.

Keep Heating and Cooling were able to fit me in same day. Jason from the company fixed the furnace quickly. It was a simple fix. He also gave me lots of information on a new furnace and air purifier for our home as ours is over 20 years old. I’d recommend Keep Heating and Cooling!!!

My boiler went out during temps in the low 20's. As a first time customer I called Keep Heating and Cooling who sent Rick to take care of it the same day! Very reasonable price. Unfortunately it went out again a couple days later. They sent Jason within a couple hours to resolve for no additional charge. Both technicians we excellent. I highly recommend this company.
