Completely clueless on what the problem was. Barely brought any tools in when coming to look at the furnace. I had to call several times to get an answer on how much the circuit board that was allegedly the problem was. In the end Mr.Toby screwed around all week just to call me on Friday to say he can't order the circuit board which mind you was never the problem. Installed a pressure valve that the 2nd heating company I called to look at the furnace determined was defective. The valve on the inside was gone. Not once mentioned the inducer motor which ding ding was the problem. Thank God for Keep Heating and cooling they fixed my furnace Saturday morning and the guy was very nice and courteous to me. Thanks so much Joe from Keep Heating and Cooling!! Never again will I use Leboeuf Heating and Cooling. Not even for tires!! Do not recommend these guys at all!!
