Don't bother calling if your furnace is not working in 0° weather, they won't sell you the needed part unless you're a contractor. They wouldn't make an exception or offer any help with simply paying or using a "contractor" to be able to purchase the part. Ridiculous they would let a family go without heat because I wasn't a "contractor" thanks.
