I have all wonderful things to say about Card Heating. The entire process was easy and very professional. I called to make an appointment for my boiler maintenance as a new customer. The appointment process was easy. The day of the appointment, i received a call from the company letting me know that the technician was 30 mins out. Ed, the technician, showed up right on time. He preformed the maintenance on our boiler and explained how everything looked and all that he did to the boiler. The price was very reasonable as well. I will use Card again in the future for our HVAC needs.

I needed a mini split setup for my home as I’ve grown tired of dealing with window units every year. Called and setup a time for an estimate to be provided and Larry stopped by (on time) and gave me a detailed run through of my options, explained their equipment, and provided a detailed quote with the part numbers so I could do my own research on the equipment for reviews and pricing. Over the next couple weeks I got quotes from other companies that were thousands of dollars higher, that planned to use materials that were going to no longer be available, and used equipment that was FAR less highly reviewed. When I had a question about changing my quote Larry came back out and talked through my changes I wanted and provided another quote with a price that still beat all the competition. I cut the deposit check on the spot. Less than a week later they called and said the equipment was in and were ready to install. Hadn’t even cashed my deposit check yet but they were ready to work. The team that showed up were friendly and professional. Double checked everything outlined in the quote to make sure I was getting what I expected. Once the work was done they gave me a detailed run down of how the equipment worked, showed me everything they did for my installation, and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent team, excellent pricing, and excellent work.

My furnace went on the fritz on Thursday. Robert from Card came over before 10:30 am and replaced a part by 1:00 pm. Robert contacted his supervisor Larry, who contacted my landlord, and on Friday I received a call from Larry that my furnace will be replaced on Monday. Such a quick response! Robert was so friendly and did a fantastic job! I was thrilled to have heat since I had guests coming and it was only about 12 degrees outside! Vince and Dylan arrived before 8:00 am Monday. My new furnace was in place, the old furnace out of the house, and the area cleaned up by 1:15 pm the same day. Vince and Dylan were very professional, kind and helpful. They instructed me on the new thermostat as well. I highly recommend Card Heating and Air Conditioning for prompt, efficient and professional service! 5 ⭐️ rating!!

Excellent experience. They came out within an hour of me calling and fixed my problem quickly and expertly. Dustin could not have been nicer and definitely knew his stuff. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs.

Let’s talk first about the promptness . I work at nights and I was told the crew would be there by 8am and when I tell you I pulled in driveway at 7:50am and they were there ready to begin replacing my furnace. They really impressed me with their professionalism and didn’t make a mess throughout their going back and forth through home . After the work was completed Vincent and Dylan took the time and explained to me how everything works and what to keep thermostat on and made sure adequate heat was flowing through the home . When I tell you if you want the work done right and accurate the first time . Please ask for Vincent and Dylan !!!!!! It was indeed a pleasure!!!!
