My father delt with them for years after he passed figured I'd just stay with them. No contract which is good but signed on in Jan '21 now in Oct '21 still haven't received a bill after telling them I want to pain in full for the year. If I were a company I would have collected the years monitoring fee right up front. As a customer 10 months no bill I wasn't comfortable, is the system even being monitored? I went there and can with them and was told nothing has to be done except unplugging the system breaker box. I did and went with another company, end of story. Nope no it's not 1 week later monitoring company called me and says there must be a problem with my system because they did a test and it failed. I explained and they said I was still being monitored. I said not my problem

Toured their facility and they have really pay attention to quality control and making sure their systems work as intended. I left very impressed.
