Called last year and wanted to get on an annual schedule. I was told to call a month before needing service to schedule. Called beginning of July of 2025 to schedule service. I was told I would hear from a scheduler soon. After a month and 4 follow up calls - no response. The woman who answers the phone doesn't give you any other options except that she will let the schedulers know. Terrible customer service.
