Did not have any service done by them, but at least one employee is extremely unprofessional. I was driving down 38th St where there are double lanes (which yes that means you can use both lanes). One of their drivers was going 60 mph down 38th to try to prevent me from going around him, then proceeding to flip me off, throw his arms up and honk at me after I got around him before it merged to single lanes. When I eventually turned he made a point to pull up beside me, rolled his window down and yell at me trying to get me to roll my window down. I didn’t feed into it. No need to escalate it. Never know what someone will do when they are completely out of control. Just snapped a couple pictures so you guys know who this road raging maniac is.

Dealt with them since 2002-2003 always great Colleen ,Mike, and many others recently my father and myself had nothing but trouble with the extremely expensive doorbells not working after many service calls I had them remove mine I believe I deserve a refund I paid monthly plus a large cost upfront nothing but issues they say I don’t get a refund BECAUSE they came out multiple times to fix and it was not covered under my service plan. Well if it worked they wouldn’t have to come out I’m extremely disappointed with Vector and I have decided to start shopping for security elsewhere

Excellent company to deal with. They explain in detail everything being done. They work with efficiency and very neat. It is great when you have a question you actually talk to a person. They are a fantastic security company and one I highly recommend.
