Will never buy another TV from here again. It was literally ONE DAY passed due date and they wouldn’t even offer store credit. I tried driving up yesterday but it was a level 3 snowstorm in Erie and they closed early before 8 pm. I’ve never seen such a terrible policy. The manager Jason said his hands were tied and they tried upselling me on some membership product. Definitely would not recommend Best Buy for any customer service. Never again. Both the manager and supervisor especially were rude about it. In an era where Amazon is constantly stealing market share, customer service is their only saving grace. lol and bestbuy please don’t bother replying to my review with your canned standard response of ‘find us on social media we would like to hear more about it’ what a joke for customer service. Update: I did contact the social media pages and they said it would be up to the manager. So I assume he had the power to do so and refused.

Any employee will come right up to you when looking at new units of literally anything but you’re treated as a ghost as soon as you walk to the open box section, the section in which an employee literally tells you about. Heinous and gross. Sadly this is the only store around that has Oled monitors in store and I got literally 0 help. The ones I wanted to check model numbers on were on the top shelf, way above reach. I tried looking for someone and the 3 floor workers who were there when I arrived were literally gone. The person who “helped” me originally disappeared and I never saw him again. I waited in open box for over 20 minutes and went looking for help. None. No one approached me and no one was available. They had enough people to work 4 registers for the total of maybe 10 customers (if that) but couldn’t get a single helping soul on the floor. The older guy who went to that section after me got the same treatment. He was walking out the door empty handed as I was driving away. Disgusting treatment of customers and I will not buy anything from BB in store or online. Ever again

Ordered an over $1,000 TV from Best Buy a month ago. We scheduled a delivery date and I took the day off of work. We got the email it would be at our house between 7 AM - 9 PM. My husband called 4 ish times to verify when it would be here so I could put our dogs away. It was almost 5 PM so we called again just checking on it, they said they couldn’t deliver it because it was “out of stock”. I’m not sure how something we ordered a month ago and set a delivery date for was “out of stock” if they set the delivery date. We had to talk to 4 people before we got an answer to reschedule. I’m not sure what would have happened if my husband never called to find out what was going on. We have a new date to get the TV in another 2 weeks. We will see if it shows up, in the mean time we have to put our old tv back on the wall. TERRIBLE communication. Do not recommend.

Was in to recycle some equipment. Greeted at the door. Greeted at Geek Squad where I dropped things off. Bought a Reem of paper) and stood in line for 5 minutes with one cashier working, two people in line and groups of associates gathered near the door. Customer service is not the first priority. Finally rung out and thanked for coming in. Nothing special and typical for Best Buy.

When I came in this morning, the store's systems were completely down due to a recent power outage. This meant the cash registers were limited to cash-only processing, and systems weren't working. Despite this major technical challenge, Emma was proactive and worked hard to find a manual solution for me, trying multiple ways to get my transaction completed. Since the receipt systems were down, I couldn't get a proper physical receipt, which means I don't have a typical way to submit feedback. I witnessed several customers frustrated by the downtime taking it out on the staff, but Emma stayed remarkably calm, patient, and polite through all the pressure. It was genuinely impressive to see her professionalism.
