If I can do a lower rating I would love to so a sales person (seth ) tell you how great it is to have adt and pressures you to sign then ur locked in for years and when any little issue comes up and many issues will and have for me the only thing adt can do is send a service call for 100 plus dollars even just to connect or reconnect ur wifi to the cameras . It's a money pit scam do not do it

You company put a camera at my neighbors apartment that not only faces my back door, but my daughters bedroom window! You told my neighbor that she "cant have a camera in the parking lot because its a public space" but the back yard of a residential building isn't? She has one on her back door and another one 20 feet away from my own back door- its harrasment, destruction of property, and violation of privacy ! What the hell???

Do not sign up with this company! they are very misleading! The representative Sam, came out to my home. After he went over all the details, I explained to him over and over that I did not want to sign up because I did not agree with the pricing because it was different compared to what the office had explained to prior to install. He stated that in order for him to get paid for coming out to my home, that he would need to leave the equipment in the home for 3 days and that he would return on the third day to remove the equipment and that I would receive a full refund of the install fees that I had already paid. The next day I was charged additional processing fees (which SAM did not say anything about). When I reached out to this company they stated that their Rep Sam, had told misleading information. Make a long story short, this company is nothing but unprofessional. STAY CLEAR AWAY! I only gave them 1 star because google requires you to at least click on 1 star in order to post.

My husband and I were in the middle of moving when the system was installed in our home. The technician couldn't have been more helpful as he maneuvered through our "stuff". He sit down and went over the details of the cost, how to use the system and the best places to put our alarm. He made it seem easy to use, although we are still a little hesitant. But, we were assured that it would become second nature to us. We couldn't have had a more informed or friendlier technician. We were home one time when our house was robbed. It was the reason we decided on the alarm system. Your technician helped us decide on what was important to our safety.

I just made a call to ADT to give them information about a driver speeding, I thought it was very inappropriate because they basically tailgated my mom then sped around her, gave her a dirty look and sped off doing 60 in a 45, when I called to make a complaint after offering me service which I declined they hung up on me!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
