The team is consistently friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, and they’ve earned my complete trust. My experience has been outstanding from start to finish each time. Highly recommend.

​I was thoroughly disappointed with my first experience at this company. I stopped by in a time crunch before picking up my child from school to drop off a cabinet door that I had unhinged for refinishing and new glass. ​Despite me standing and waiting, the person at the counter was engaged in a lengthy conversation with another contractor and never once looked up or acknowledged my presence, even with a simple "Hello" or "I'll be right with you." It costs nothing to be courteous. ​I've lived in the area for a very long time and was finally looking forward to checking this company out, but the complete lack of customer service has left me with a terrible impression. ​(Note: I have a high contribution history on Google Maps, and this is only the second negative review I have ever posted.) (Update.... Based on your response) Your customer service needs improvement. The employee at the counter never looked up to acknowledge me, even though I was waiting. I saw the rush of a shipment and large contractor orders, but that is simply an excuse for poor service. ​I am refinishing an entire house and had a massive list of items to purchase. I needed help. Acknowledgment is the bare minimum."
