Just had our entire apartment carpeted today. Shout out to our salesman Jeff for his knowledge and patience. This guy knows his stuff. Our installers were Joe and Mike. Joe B carpet connections did an excellent job with my carpet. Cale was very patient and helpful while I was looking for a carpet. He answered my questions and explained the difference in how each type of carpet would wear within my business area. Cale brought in larger samples enabling me to decide on the perfect carpet. He also worked with me in determining the best schedule to lay the carpet, considering my retail hours.
