Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. Engineered hardwood was not as advertised and they do not honor the warranty or take responsibility for knicks in flooring from installation. You get what you pay for, I recommend going to South One.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the tremendous job David and his team did installing our new flooring. Our fish tank sprang a leak and ruined our dining room floor. I spoke with David on the phone and he immediately stopped over to measure the room and discuss options on waterproof flooring. After listening to David’s suggestions my wife and I stopped over to Erie Floors and picked out a wonderful wood grain vinyl interlocking waterproof floor. The material arrived quickly and the entire job was completed from start to finish in just a couple weeks. The installers had to remove the old flooring along with all the baseboards before putting the new floor down. The two men did an absolutely fantastic job!! I would highly recommend Erie Floors to anyone in need of new flooring. You’ll receive outstanding customer service and high quality materials, all at a very reasonable price!

I called this company to see if they can perform a miracle as it is needed last minute. I wanted them to install kitchen and bathroom flooring that we have and we just could not install it and we are on a time crunch. John did not have any availability that would work for my schedule but that did not stop him from helping me. He reached out to some colleagues looking to help me. He got on this task asap and found someone that may have the availability to help me. It is not common that you come across some one who is willing to go the extra mile to help you even though it is not something they can accommodate. If my schedule worked with John schedule, there would be no doubt in my mind that I would use his services. He is an outstanding guy and a truly good person. I highly recommend him for his kindness, willing to help, he is a go getter and outstanding customer service. You would be silly not utilize his service for that mere fact. He treated me like a customer but more importantly, he treated me like a friend that I just met. I appreciate him so much! Thank you John for making a positive difference!

Was very pleased with Dave and his services for some recent carpet stretching in our finished basement. Very professional work, well done; we are extremely happy with their services and attention. I would highly recommend them based on experience and professionalism.

We had some damage to our floor with a local furniture store dropping our new furniture and cracking the floorr underneath our carpet. We called Erie Flooring and Dave came out to take a look. Je was very knowledgable. He got back to us with a prompt estimate. We went in picked out our product, he ordered it and installation was scheduled promptly. They had to rip out our carpet and the damaged wood floor. They completely, leveled the floor and installed new laminate wood floors. They were very clean with their services, and secured the room with plastic covering all walls and entrances to other rooms to prevent dust from spreading all over the rest of house. They made sure we had a way to get to the upstairs each day. A path was always available. They were able to complete the job in 3 days! Dave had an awesome crew with him. They worked very hard and completely knew what they were doing. We are so pleased with the outcome. He has checked with me to see if there are any problems since we moved furniture back in, which I thought was very nice. I will continue to refer their services to anyone who asks. We are completely satisfied with the job they did from the day we called them till the end of project. They will be the first person I call for future flooring projects!
