Three years ago, we purchased our home and decided to have our hardwood floors refinished, but since they were in poor condition, we needed to get a professional opinion and were referred to Dana Floor Sanding. We called Steve Dana and he came in, looked at the floors and assured us that they could be restored. True to his word, they refinished most of the ground floor hardwood floors and they came out better than we imagined. In fact, after three years, they look beautiful today. This past month, we decided to have another area refinished and again, we called Steve and again we were very satisfied with the results. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else when it come to hardwood refinishing. These professionals are as good as it gets.

I couldn't be happier with the work Steve Dana and his crew did. Steve is VERY knowledgeable. We have a 1880 home that he did 4 very large rooms and a hallway. I was shocked at how gorgeous the floors turned out!! He was very reasonable as well. HIghly recommend!!

Steve and his crew did an outstanding job refinishing our hardwood floors. They showed up when they said they would and were done when they projected they would be. Even with all of the sanding they did they kept the area clean and always made sure that the house was as clean as when they arrived. I highly recommend them.
