Claim it freeCity Tile And Carpet is a trusted flooring provider serving the greater Erie area. With a commitment to quality, they deliver reliable flooring services to residential and commercial customers throughout Erie, Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, and surrounding communities.
Erie's lake-effect climate creates specific flooring challenges. Salt tracked in during winter, basement moisture from spring thaw, and humidity fluctuations from Lake Erie all affect flooring choices. Homeowners in Millcreek, Downtown Erie, and Harborcreek increasingly choose waterproof vinyl plank and tile over hardwood for ground-floor installations.

Small and a little tricky to find, but good specialty store if you don't want to do the big box experience. Knowledgeable sales person and impressive selection of tile samples. They will check out samples of both tile and flooring to take home with no deposit required.

Purchased some beautiful tile for my backsplash here. So many more options than the big box stores. Can't recommend enough. Make sure you go support this wonderful small business!

Be Careful when purchasing anything from this location. The installation went according to MURPHY’s LAW. After installing carpet in my master bedroom and laundry room, the drain for the washer was not correctly placed back and it flooded my laundry room hallway and office. The dryer vent was not replaced as well. They sent out a plumber who worked in the soaked laundry room when he dropped a screw in my 220 outlet shorting out my electric. Well he is a plumber (according to him) and not an electrician he left. Called the company and she wants me to use my electrician and go after the installer for the bill. I paid them for the installation and had no idea they sent out someone who was not on their payroll. They washed their hands of the mess. And what a mess!!

I special ordered some tile from this store and they got it in pretty quickly. Prices were considerably cheaper than their competitor that is a few blocks away. When you compare prices between stores make sure you know what the "freight" charges are. City Tiles prices appear to be more per tile UNTIL you factor in what other stores are charging for shipping. Make sure when you get your quotes elsewhere that you see the full price and then call City Tile and compare. Owners were pleasant to work with even when I had to go into the store right at closing time to pick up my order after work.
