We had multiple estimates for our kitchen repair from ice dam damage from this past winter. While many other companies overestimated how much work would cost DRS gave a fair assessment that matched with what my home insurance assessment found. They made a great recommendation for another company to handle the cabinet repair that was part of the project. They were easy to communicate with and communicated with my insurance company as well to make sure everything went smoothly and was covered appropriately. They were transparent on the timeline (damaged happened in winter, repair happened in September), and once the work was completed, the workers were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely recommend, and I will be considering them for personal projects in the future!

DRS was helpful and made my home look better than I can imagine. Everyone who I met along the way was nice and very understanding of the disaster and trauma that happened. Lisa, the secretary, Stacey, the manager, Doug, the manager, Jim, the project manager, George who worked hands on every bit of the house and his helper I can’t remember his name but I know he likes dogs. I believe Carl did my follow up along with Stacey with the bank and insurance and processing. I can’t remember if there were more who helped but each had a role and they did great. Thank you for helping me return home and make it look amazing. Also, a month or so after returning home, some of my siding fell off and they were punctual on getting it repaired. My husband and I recently experienced an electrical fire at our house. The third floor has 3 rooms of which one was totally burned out. The other two rooms as well as the hallway suffered serious smoke damage. So much so that the entire third floor had to be renovated. Working with DRS on this project made the process quite easy. We only had to work with one company instead of separate specialists (ie: electricians, contractors, cleaning services). DRS handled it all. They kept us informed of progress along the way and the project was completed on schedule. The workers were friendly, efficient and very competent.
