DBC Remodeling & Construction

DBC completed 2 porch remodels on my home to raise the floor level of the porches to be even with the door threshold. The remodeled porches are beautiful and well-crafted! Jeff and Steve took the time to explain all the options for the renovations and for the materials and were always available for questions. Chris, Luke, and Mason were an awesome team, showing up on time, communicating the progress and next steps, and always keeping the worksite tidy. When a question arose, they always asked for my preference about how to resolve it. DBC scheduled the project and was even able to start earlier than planned. They used quality materials. Autumn was helpful with the estimates and billing, working with my insurance as needed. Couldn't be happier!

We were impressed with DBC after speaking with the DBC representative at the Erie Home Show. We had spoken to a number of contractors and felt very comfortable dealing with DBC. They came out and evaluated our old kitchen and guided us thru each step of our major kitchen renovation and in updating our main bathroom. Everyone showed professionalism, empathy, and caring when working in our home. That was important to us. They performed a miracle in building our new kitchen. Great communication from start to finish. Kept to the projected schedule of work. Kevin and Nathaniel were a great team with whom to work. After using my newly remodeled master bathroom for several weeks, no surprises in the quality of workmanship. Intend to use DBC again and would recommend without hesitation.

Everything was top-tier from start to finish. We contracted DBC to remove our 50 year old open porch and replace it with a four season sunroom. The crew showed up right on time every day, rain or shine, eager to get on with the day's work. Phillip, Taylor, Amber and Dana did meticulous work on a project that had to be an engineering nightmare. Each challenge was met and conquered with skill gained from their combined experience. The job was finished exactly on time and exceeded our expectations. We enjoy spending time in our new sunroom and look forward to watching the seasons change.
