American Handyman Erie

My first review was based on my assement of what I was visually looking at, at the time. I won’t go in to All the details but will make it brief and factual. And will include the pictures that I sent to Justin after I discovered. 1: American handyman ( also known as Just In Time Painting) sublets his work. When I spoke of Dylan I thought he worked for Justin. He does not. When I messaged Justin with the pictures of the problem he at first he was surprised and apologetic. But after contacting Dylan all they kept saying was I said I was happy with the job. As you will see by the pictures the outlets he cut out were incorrectly cut and a couple largely over cut. I said I was happy, until I went and bout outlet covers to find they would NEVER work. I could supply you the entire text but it’s to much. I said maybe men would notice this upon looking but I am not a man. After reaching out to some people I found I could get oversized plates. Justin stoped responding when I said I expected to be reimbursed as they were not cheap. I waited more than long enough and have supplied him with receipts to show what I paid and he never has responded. See the photos below. Pleasantly surprised. I was reluctant to hire someone solely based on reviews, but after the timely response and willingness to work with me I went ahead. Very glad I did. Dylan showed up precisely on time and was so polite and respectful. Took the time to ask me questions before proceeding with anything if he had any doubts. Was able to reach out to Justin to answer any questions I had also. I will be doing some additional work with him in the future

Best service ever in erie justin came out and helped fixed a broken railing and replace it with a brand new one. Would highly recommend

After a problem trying to schedule a toilet installation, I called American Hanyman Erie. Justin responded immediately and scheduled the job for the next day. Though we had a slight hiccup, Justin was on it and sent Derrick and his assistant to install our new toilet. They were professional, thorough, meticulous in their work, and fast. I was so impressed. The service and pricing were outstanding. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone! Thank you, Justin and Derrick!

I needed my new house's gutters cleaned. I called Justin and he was able to fit me in on the same day. He was just finishing when I returned home from work. He did a high-quality job in very short notice. I would highly recommend Justin for anyone in need of a handyman. I will definitely hire again.

We have been having issues with our roof leaking for months. Justin did painting for us and we asked if he could help. He was here the next day. He's knowledgeable and a hard worker. Fixed our problem and have had no issues since.
