Always on time with experienced drivers who are awesome to work with. Their placement expertise is the best in the area being able to work around site limitations with project obstructions. I have always been able to complete projects with ease due to their experience in site placement.

This past week I called to order a dumpster for our business. I have never felt so dismisses as I felt while talking to Margaret in customer service / billing. She has stated that the previous person who had service at our address was awful at paying and she was reluctant to do business. I assured her that he was no longer affiliated or a tenant at our building. She said fine it will be a week or so till you get our container and hung up. Needless to say we went with another provider who was more cost effective and I had a container in 24 hrs.

I have had to call PRO a few times for different things, and Margaret has always been kind, courteous , and very helpful. She has always taken care of my situation promptly and has always been professional and respectful.

Gm, there are many in our TWNP not happy with the Township office giving the contract back to WM. PW services far exceeded wm in customer service and providing waste removal. I would have gladly paid the losy $5 - $10 more quarterly to Keep PW services then deal with wm. Already experienced major issues trying to make simple contact with CS only to be hit with bypassing infuriating AI bots on the phone. I can only say I hope your taking steps to have that overturned.

Hahahaha they lost Lawrence Park! Pro Waste sucks. Good decision Lawrence Park! No more MARGARET lol! GO BRAVES! I do not support this trash collector. Their customer representative, Margaret, has no regard for people with intellectual disabilities and started mocking my studder I slipped into doing because of how rude and intimidating she is which happens when im uncomfortable. They throw trash all over when they make pickups and are very unreliable with the times of pickup. Don't take my word for it; read the other reviews. If your town has Pro Waste as the garbage service, I hope it works better for you. However, when Lawrence Park switched from Waste Management to Pro Waste, garbage service went way downhill, and more trash ended up on the streets due to reckless pickup practices.
