Our son sustained an injury while exiting a vehicle when he tripped over an uncovered pipe that had been previously worked on by this company. There were no markers, cones, or any other warnings to indicate the presence of the pipe. As a result, he required medical treatment at Shriners Hospital. The owner of the company responsible for the work falsely!!! reported to Erie Insurance that all pipes excavated on East 24th Street had been properly covered with cones. However, we have documented evidence, including photographs and videos, that clearly show the job site was left unattended with the pipe completely uncovered, with no markers or cones indicating the hazard. (The owner claimed they left a cone over the pipe when they left the site, yet our photos and video show them leaving the site with no markers on the pipe) Due to Erie Insurance's refusal to cover the medical costs associated with our son's injury, we are now pursuing legal action. They returned to the job site and added a cone AFTER I reported them to the city. The next day they had a worker come by and try to remove the cone which we had to go to them and point out why they put it there and he replaced it. We should not have had to get our lawyer involved over them not wanting to accept responsibility for their mistakes. Absolutely disgusting way to run a business. I will be making sure the city gets the information about the owner attempting to lie to the insurance company.

They are doing city street repairs for the water lines and I think they are doing great! Very respectful of my house and extremely fast with work. I didnt meet the whole team but the ones who did the work infront of my house and basement were great.
