Claim it freeVavala Concrete Construction is a trusted concrete & masonry provider serving the greater Erie area. With a commitment to quality, they deliver reliable concrete & masonry services to residential and commercial customers throughout Erie, Millcreek, Harborcreek, Fairview, and surrounding communities.
Erie's 101 inches of annual snowfall and freeze-thaw cycles are extremely hard on concrete surfaces. Driveways, sidewalks, and patios in Millcreek, Fairview, and Summit Township frequently need repair or replacement due to salt damage and frost heaving. Erie County building permits are required for most structural concrete work, and contractors must hold a PA Home Improvement Contractor Registration.

Since Joe Schnell aligns with this company, I will leave this here as well. Your job was sub par. You promised to fix it and didn't. You promised a refund and didn't. You have one week before we go to the authorities and sue you for a full refund and court costs. Do the right thing. Now.

I agree with the prior review, I would give a 0 if I could. Jill the owners wife came in two weeks prior to our construction of city sidewalks and assured us that our parking lot would not be completely closed down at any time from 12th street. First lie, completely , blocked entire lot for 2.5 weeks. I called after a week and asked why I was being blocked in completely and I was promised that the lot would be broken up into two parts. The secretary said, " No one should have promised you that, besides your kind of lot can not be broken up into two parts", Second Lie, I responded with My neighbor has the same size lot and his was broken up. ! No response...... Hmmmmmm. I then asked to speak with a boss, supervisor etc, Denied! I said my lot is completely blocked for over a week, like promised and we needed our lot finished, Of course they passed the buck and stated, " The Mccormick, asphalt company was to blame that it was held up" They needed to pour asphalt around the opening. End result. This company is bad. They lie and promise you what you want to here, I still have left over cement chunks, large ones in the driveway as well as asphalt pieces and debris all over the front of the road. It is disgusting that the safety of our citizens do not count, only making money. Would not recommend....
