Walked in with a picture of some stone I needed for a job, only one small box as it was just a patch job. This stone was 15 years old and they found the exact matching stone in minutes, delivered in just a few days. Most suppliers wouldn't even try as it was only one box.

If you use them for their uhaul service make sure they have a truck available. Showed up at 8 am to rent a truck after calling and holding with my credit card info 2 days prior only to find out the guy screwed up, causing a huge inconvenience. Luckily, the guy at the counter found one available at another location. Which was the last one.
