Stewart Concrete Masonry

Captain concrete came highly recommended and we are extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Scott Stewart. He came in a timely manner to do our quote which we accepted. He did need to be contacted a couple times about the quote but it was right after everything opened back up so it was understandable. He came about a week or so later after we accepted our quote to poor our neighbors driveway we asked when he could get us scheduled and he said he will more than likely get it done while he was in the neighborhood and if not would contact us with a date to start. Finished the neighbors driveway which turned out amazing by the way so believe me when I say we’re extremely disappointed in his lack of response and his lack of being a professional and now won’t return phone calls, texts, or emails about our job. Again he came highly recommended from multiple people our neighbors being one. I hate leaving bad reviews for people and try to be as understanding as they come but this has now gone on for months and its ridiculous. We let our neighbors take patio pavers to use for project because we were told he would be here to do that patio and be in contact with us and instead he has ghosted us and now we’re left with a sand pit as a patio. Even though his work is amazing I would not recommend him at all for lack of communicating like an adult and business owner. Being open and honest about not being able to do the job or the time frame goes along way ghosting customers is not the way to do business. If there was a negative star rating that’s what he would get on professionalism! Again his work is great but I don’t know what someone has to do to be able to get him to actually do the work!

Fantastic Reliable Job We've had Stewart Concrete do ordinary driveway jobs, as well as, out of the box unique jobs. Our in-ground pool was 45 years old and the steps and surrounding cap were crumbling. No one could offer me a solution. Scott came and found a way to do the impossible making his own forms. That was 2 years ago and it still looks like new, even though we have people sitting on and jumping off the cap. I called Scott left a message and within a couple of days he called me to schedule the job. He is reliable and his work is first rate! I have given his name to all of my friends and business contacts.

Put in all stone on house and fireplace, chimney. Concrete garage was all chewed up from salt from my car, shouldn't happen in garage the First Winter. Scott never came an looked, didn't care!. Concrete inbetween stone coming off! Cracks in concrete pad. Loose stone on fireplace, and put stone in front of fireplace doors! Would NEVER use again! I tell everyone I know. Going to sue!

Called twice for a quote and got their voicemail. I left a request for a call back, and twice I got no response. Business must be so good that you don’t even have to respond to customers requests for quotes.

My mother-in-laws driveway looks amazing! The guys were quick and professional. Highly recommend!
