Rich (the owners name) did a partial driveway for me in November 2021. It is now cracking and I cannot get ahold of him with listed phone numbers. I did reach his website and sent him a note to call me and I have not heard from him. There was no preparation for the partial driveway just poured concrete. I will be reporting him if he does not call me back and straighten this out. He said he would be back to put grooves in the concrete and he did not return. I don’t think a driveway should crack within 2 months of being done. He seemed like a nice guy and now I am thinking he scammed me for $4000. If anyone knows who or where he is please have him contact me before I call the BBB and go to a district justice. I did not want to complain about him because I believed he would do a good job and honor his word however I CAN’T GET AHOLD OF THE MAN. IF HE COMPLETES THE JOB I WILL THEN GIVE HIM A DIFFERENT REVIEW HERE.
