Akerly Concrete truck blows stops sign in frontier park. Almost hit bikers and then got irritated when bikers told them they had a stop sign they were NOT stopping at. Then the Akerly driver gets pissed like they want to fight you for correcting them and stopping them from hurting people. 12pm on November 7th Akerly Concrete needs to safely drive through Erie.
