SERVPRO of Erie and Warren Counties, PA

I'd give zero if I could. My insurance company found them and I was dumb enough to trust them. They were hired for a water leak issue in a master bedroom and basement. Things sat in water for almost a week before they were reminded by me that they hadn't brought the promised dehumidifiers to help get the water up. They packed wet items in boxes. I asked them if they would take pictures of all unsalvageable items for me to turn into the insurance company so I'd be compensated for my lost items, they said yes they do that they were professionals. Had they said no, I would have discontinued using them than and done it myself or found another company. I am just finding out that they didn't take pictures and just disposed of all the items, laptops included. Thousands of dollars worth of personal items that the insurance company won't cover because I've no proof thanks to the negligence of this company. I've been trying to talk to someone for two weeks about the mishandling of the job but no one will return my call. I will be suing them as soon as I can contact a lawyer. Do not use this company.

The laborers in mitigation team and the laborers in the content team was awesome. I am impressed and very satisfied with the work that they did. However, the lack of communication within this company is poor. Waited a month to discover that they were not going to finish the work and that I needed to hire a contractor. I made attempts to reach out to the regional salesman that I originally spoke with and did not get any response. Again I can not express how happy I am with the crews that were in my home. A big shout out to Anthony, Dion, and Michelle’s team. You guys rocked.

The Team Mike and Tevin were very personable, and very professional. We confirmed my expectations and they explained how that would be accomplished. Our carpet was indeed a Project. They took their time to get it done right. They keep asking for my input. These guys are Service Professionals and understand the task at hand. Louise and her team were able to accommodate my short notice request for a major, house-wide, carpet cleaning. Their professionalism and quality work resulted in the job being well done at a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend this outfit and will certainly do business with them again.

The many people that provided care and attention to my fire/smoke damaged garage are to be thanked for all they did for us. The smoke damage was horrible and the smell was worse. All that was gone by the end of their work. Each day they meticulously removed debris, smoke all over everything including walls, the ceiling, floor of garage, and the many items I had stored there. I highly recommend them...the people were kind, courteous, helpful and VERY respectful. A truly wonderful job!!
