Wonderful people to work with and did a fantastic job on the carpets and tile. Very appreciative of their efforts and ability to accommodate our timeframe and schedule. I agree with other folks' statements that we are lucky to have them in Erie. Would recommend without question!

Excellent service. Doug and his team were truly awesome. Showed up on time, respectful and went above and beyond on difficult to clean carpet and furniture which now looks beautiful. Patty was also great to deal with in the office. I will be utilizing Raley's again without hesitation. It's nice to know that a company like Raley's still exists and is in the Erie area. I had my carpeting cleaned twice by this company. The gentlemen who perform the service are awesome. Patty, in the office, is very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I am so glad they offer this service as the company I used to use is no longer in the business. I won't hesitate to use Raley's again.

We had our tile and grout cleaned for the first time and Raley's did an amazing job! They are easy to work with and get ahold of! Explained everything thoroughly. Job was done in a timely manner when it was scheduled. Very nice people! Will definitely use again.

Doug and John were extremely professional and professional. My living room couch has been used heavily by dogs and a toddler was looking brownish grey and they made it look brand new! I’m so glad the charcoal color is back. The cleaning, sanitizing, and treating room less than 2 hours and they were very affordable. I will be using them again!
