Do not go here they will mess your clothes up and not want to pay for it when they damaged it don't waste your money here theses people are rude just look at the reviews im not the only one who got damage clothes returned

Can't recommend this place enough! Was looking for a place in town that could help my folks out with their laundry needs. My stepdad is the primary caregiver of my mother and he was frequently becoming overwhelmed at the amount of laundry he needed to do just to stay afloat. I made the mistake of starting with their competitor next door who not only did a poor job, but also called me to give me a lecture about how soiled the linens were. Odd, considering that is EXACTLY what their ad promised. Anyway, noticed Grapevine was right next door and decided to give them a call. The manager got back to me right away and assured me they could handle my family's needs. It's been almost 6 months as a customer now and we couldn't be happier. Not only are they fast, convenient, and efficient, but they are extremely affordable! Forget the competition and go with GRAPEVINE!

We we have been able to get the Tracy Tiger Mascot cleaned a couple times now. It was a good turn around time and they were able to clean the feet right up. I was able to get it delivered directly to me for FREE. Wow, what a convience this was for me.

There business sense is non existent. The staff is unknowledgeable about leather and the customer service is abmysal. The owner doesn't take responsibility for her business or the actions of her staff. Unfortunately here you don't have a no stars option.
