French Maids went through a change in management in early 2018. Prior to this change, the service was great, well communicated, and very professional. Since the change in management, communication was limited and very last minute if a scheduling change needed to occur. The cleaning services were adequate but they no longer left reports following the cleaning (not required but a nice, personalized touch) and there were instances where I needed to do some minor cleaning following service (I'm rather picky). Recently, the company decided to reduce their number of clients. I was told about 12 hours before my scheduled service via text. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company due to the lack of communication and unprofessional means of dropping a client last minute.
