Doug cleaned and fixed my vacuum even though it wasn't in great shape with all the fur jammed in it. The work was done quickly and for a good price. I vacuumed my carpets when I got home and it worked like new. I am extremely impressed!

We needed a new power head for our central vacuum after getting new carpeting (our old one would not run on the thicker pile). We took a piece of the new carpet to Yaple’s and Doug Y showed us several options. He actually let us borrowed 2 vacuums to take home & try!! We ended up buying a Sebo power head (that fit our current vac system) along with an awesome hardwood floor attachment. Over the top customer service, great information, and supporting a local business. WIN -WIN-WIN!!

Outstanding service! Took my older Hoover steam vac in as it wasn’t working properly. Mr Yaple took the time to check the shampooer right then and there. He replaced a part and cleaned out the bottom filter and it was as good as new! I bought some vacuum bags while I was the store. Mr Yaple didn’t charge me for the service time on the shampooer. Quality service!!
