The phone staff, the reps, the installers, all courteous, good communication and clearly capable. Very pleased with our insert, the personnel involved and the price. Joe Will and his team are nothing short of amazing. Two years ago, they installed a gas fireplace in our home, and it has truly transformed our space. The fireplace not only gives off incredible heat but has also become our (and our pets:)) favorite part of the house during this time of year. The cozy ambiance it creates is unmatched—Joe and his team made the entire process seamless, from their expert advice during the selection process to the precise and professional installation. They were punctual, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We recently had a Lopi gas fireplace installed by Glowing Embers. Words cannot describe how impressed we were throughout the entire process! We bought our insert in 2022 and purchased one of the more expensive units. They came and installed quickly and efficiently. It heats our entire house just as we had hoped, especially becausewe lose power quite a bit so we stay warm all winter. We love it and it was worth it!
