I spoke to the owner on Wednesday of this week and he was very knowledgeable and cordial. I needed to get an inspection/cleaning done on my Chimnney that hadn’t been done in Sometime. He actually came out on Sunday four days later and did excellent work. Very professional cleaned up very well after they were finished and even helped me try to fix my damper he gave me good advice. The other guy that I was gonna use didn’t even bother to show up or call me back to let me know he wasn’t gonna make it completely blew me off. This company is dependable and Reputable.

Had him come out to inspect our chimney and pellet stove. He told us we needed a liner for our chimney which is fine… except he didn’t put the pellet stove pipe back together after taking it apart and the cover to the chimney blew off in the wind because it wasn’t screwed in after he took it off to inspect it. Charged us $130 and was here for 20 minutes to tell us we needed a new chimney liner and didn’t have the decency to put things back together.

I got same day service for 2 chimney inspections from Ashkickers Chimney Services. I called and lucked out with a hole in their schedule to accommodate me. I had 2 chimneys that I was worried about and I got great news about each one! Clean and ready to burn! Would recommend for all your chimney needs.

Called them for chimney inspection and cleaning. Was quoted $200 per chimney. He and his son checked out both chimneys and said neither was in working order. One the firebox was collapsed and the other had a gap. They did not clean either and charged me $200 "for the drive". I would have been happy if they at least cleaned out the chimney bottom. I am not satisfied with the low effort. Will not call or refer.

Terry was great to work with. Very quick and responsive. He gave us a free estimate on our chimney that had some wear and was crumbling from the weather and quickly got it repaired. He was an honest and very kind guy. I would recommend him for your chimney needs!
