Update: I recieved a call about this issue the next day and they were scheduled to come back out and fix the issue but because of the snow they were delayed twice and the third time I told them not to come that day because our water was frozen and the woman on the phone was clearly irritated by this but told me they would see what they could do and call me back. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything. Really not happy with the service provided. As others have said they were in and out and didn't really spend any time actually getting things clean. My rug is only about 1.5 years old so the discoloration shouldn't be permanent. There is also the same amount of hair all ovee my couch as there was before they cleaned it. I was able to run my hand over it and get it off so it is not embedded. The couch is also very sticky now. I've been able to do a better job with a cheap hand held carpet cleaner. We picked this company because we previously used a different branch in another part of the state and they had the 10 year old carpets looking brand new. Definitely not the same level of care here. Absolutely not worth $200.

Appointment set at Noon-2, they called to set the appointment earlier at 10, they were at my apartment at 8:30, took them 25 minutes to complete the whole job and its not as fresh smelling as it should be, I have used Stanley Steemer before and they did a great job. For $230 and on top inconveniencing me for not keeping the revised schedule and me telling them to go over high traffic areas several times. Not worth the $$$$$ and not happy with the job. Ill finish it myself

Unreliable. Failed to uphold scheduled appointment time. I do not recommend this business. They made excuses and didn't offer an acceptable solution.

They cleaned my couches. I have 2 dogs and they removed 98% of the mark from one of them getting sick. The office called me the morning of as promised and crew was here within 30 minutes of the call. They were professional, neat explained all my options and were very honest thst the one stain would be a challenge. I will definitely use them again.

My dog got skunked and got inside before I could stop him. He rubbed his face all over the couch and rug. Stanley Steamer got me in the next day! They cleaned and deodorized my rugs and furniture. They did an excellent job. Most of the skunk smell is gone. The rugs and couches look great! The techs were friendly and professional and quick. I will definitely be using them again. But hopefully for just for a regular cleaning.
