I can’t say enough great things about ModWash! Every single time I come through, the team is friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. My car always comes out looking absolutely fantastic. Shiny, spotless, and like new again. I can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining their equipment. Their attention to detail and consistency keep me coming back. I also want to give a special shoutout to the blond manager who was working this morning (if you're reading this, I’m so sorry I forgot your name). She greeted me with the biggest smile and such positive energy! It truly made my morning so much brighter. That kind of kindness and leadership makes a difference, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area. Great service, great results, and even better people!

Highly overrated. Does not clean my windshield worth of beans. Also does not clean the back of my vehicle at all. Towels are always wet. Only thing nice is the free vacuum. Cost less at wash kingdom and washes much better.

I have been going here for over 2 years. Allow the workers have always been the nicest people. They have this new girl who is just miserable. She works mornings and just points and yells the whole time. If you don’t want to work a customer service job then don’t work it.

Amazing service this blonde worker (i wish i knew her name) guided me through the experience as this was my first time visiting a mod wash! Thank you to the amazing employees and my newly cleaned car.

Update: After getting in touch with customer service, we are very satisfied with the outcome. Bailey was beyond helpful with our situation. We willl be customers for a very long time. This review is based on Modwash's billing and not the wash itself. A couple weeks ago I had a modwash charge on my credit card statement. Knowing that I didnt use the Service I disputed it with my credit card. After looking into it further I noticed the same charge for the prior 10 months but the description didnt say modwash only the street name. I shop on this street weekly as there are several businesses that I go to so the charge didnt spark concern and with it not listing modwash i never disputed. The beginning of 2025 i did take my truck through the modwash on this street and using it for the first time was helped by the employee. They must have signed me up for a membership and I did not know it. I never received any kind of billing or receipt for this monthly membership and I never used the membership all that time. I've reached out to guest services and was told there was nothing they could do for me and it is really disappointing because they can see that the membership was never used. Since my membership is still active until Feb 10th I have been going and the wash itself is nice but I am very disappointed in the customer service. I would gladly continue my membership because I do like the service if modwash would do something for all those months I paid and didnt know it.
