My wife and I have been working with the Maleno team to build our custom dream home, and we felt compelled to share how positive the experience has been so far. Building a custom home is a major undertaking, even just aligning on the smallest design details as a couple, but the Maleno team has made the entire process feel organized, transparent, and manageable. From day one, the team has been professional, transparent, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dominic, Natalie, Andrea, and everyone on their team, along with the partners and vendors they referred us to, have shown real expertise in their respective areas and always take the time to clearly explain options, tradeoffs, and recommendations. Communication has been excellent throughout the process. Even when we send late night idea changes, they are quick to follow up and talk through them the next morning with thoughtful answers. Andrea has truly been the rock and quarterback of our design phase, guiding us through every detail in a structured and well organized way. Dominic has been transparent, accessible, and honest with pricing, scope, and build considerations, and his experience with local construction has helped shape several of our key structural and foundation decisions. Natalie was the catalyst who got everything started and made us feel welcome and confident from our very first conversations and model walkthroughs. Every interaction has been kind, respectful, and genuine, with a clear focus on helping us build the best and most affordable home possible for our vision. One thing that stood out to us, especially as buyers coming from Pittsburgh, is how visible their work is across the area. You can clearly see the pride and quality in the homes they build. Their process feels like a well coordinated team effort, which gives us a lot of confidence as our home moves forward. We are very grateful to be working with this team and excited to watch our dream home become a reality. We will absolutely share a follow up once the build is complete.

We recently built our home with Maleno on our own property. Throughout the process, they were helpful and a pleasure to work with. As with any build, the property we were building on had some challenges, but Dominic, Andrea and Nick were quick to provide options and guide us to the best solution. We were impressed with the quality of the base building materials and finishes. For any finishes we upgraded, all of the vendors that Maleno works with were personable and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process we appreciated their transparency, and it really felt like they were working with us to help build our dream home. We intend to work with Maleno on any future home projects and would recommend them for any building needs.

We recently moved into a home built by Maleno a few years ago, and technician Richie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with a few questions we had. They were very responsive and eager to ensure their high quality build.

I want to thank every individual on the Maleno staff and everyone who helped in the building of my mother's dream house. My 94 year young mother knew that she wanted Maleno Builders to build her new home. There were features that my mother and I had in mind for this very special home and Maleno was always patient, accommodating and pleasant to work with as those requests were made. I worked closely with Dominic, Melissa and Natalie and through emails that were sent by me at all hours of the day and night. The Maleno team answered with amazing speed and researched information. I did not return to see the progress until completion, and every time I think of that day, I get goosebumps and tear up. Seeing the Dream that Maleno built far exceeded my expectations.
