I’ve been to many auto repair shops over the years, and Westlake Auto is by far the most honest and trustworthy I’ve ever worked with. They consistently get me in quickly and provide clear, straightforward quotes for the work that actually needs to be done - no upselling, no pressure, just honesty. We have both an electric vehicle and a gas vehicle, and Westlake is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled with both, which is hard to find. The staff are always respectful, professional, and take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. Another huge plus is convenience, every time I’ve brought my car in, they’ve been able to complete the work same day, which is incredibly helpful with a busy schedule. I truly cannot recommend Westlake Auto enough. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and honest repair shop, this is it.

My wife and I were traveling for a wedding. We broke down half way in Erie, PA and were lucky enough to find Westlake Auto. Our driver axle snapped and Westlake had us back on the road by the next morning and had more than fair pricing. All of the staff we interacted with were above and beyond friendly and were empathetic to our situation! If we are ever back in the area and in need of vehicle service, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them our business again. So glad we found them!

Hands down the absolute worst experience at a mechanic. Overpriced not to mention the quality of work they do is sub-par. If you aren't mechanically inclined you may not notice the negligence in their quality of work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I'm extremely impressed with this shop. My car was giving me a headache and my usual shop wasn't available and they 'highly recommended' this shop. I'm so glad that they did. They did an original fix that hadn't completely fixed the issue, so I had to take the car back in to have it fixed again, but they were thorough and they communicated with me throughout the whole process. They didn't even charge for the second fix which really instilled my confidence and faith in them. They were honest and decent humans. Will ABSOLUTELY be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
