Came to Erie from Pittsburgh on vacation for 5 days. Blew my brake line on Presque isle in my 06 Tahoe with 300k. Called Precision at 8 am the next day and they got me in and out by 1030. Didnt break the bank. Super nice place with tons of high end products and accessories available on hand especially for jeeps and trucks, plus a coffee bar. We take yearly trips to Erie and look forward to adding our yearly maintenance to our schedule here to ensure a safe ride home. Conveniently located 2 minutes from Presque. THANK YOU BRYAN! Went in here and there was a rather rude customer outside that said they were open then go in and the guy at the desk could barely speak English and became upset and said they were closed and didn't wanna answer if there were other shops open Then the guy insults my intelligence and says " it took you all day to figure out your muffler needed fixed"

We purchased tires from a guy that works at a tire shop. Went in to get a alignment and the tires mounted. Come find out, the tires were bad. Gentlemen helping us got us a deal on tires that were there, otherwise, we would have been up the creek without a paddle. Clean and comfortable for us to relax and wait. Preset awesome rims to boot ❤ We appreciate it. Happy holidays

Outstanding ownership, honest and understanding. Thanks guys the #urbanmenace is smooth as butter. They installed a set of Bilistien 5100's , new mounts and I have no complaints. Shop labor price is very reasonable as well!
