Got my car towed there Monday morning. I didn't get it back til Thursday with a 560.00 price tag for one transmission line. Good place to go if u wanna get ******!

We were in a pinch because we had to take the car to North Carolina and noticed a sudden rattling sound that got worse a couple days before our trip. They got us in and quickly resolved the issue in record time! We are grateful for the experience and will come back!!

Took my car there with some unknown issues, tire was locked up. They were super polite, called me within 2 days letting me know they had it all fixed and for A fraction of what I got quoted to other places. They were transparent, honest with the problem and super fair with the price, I will definitely be a returning customer!

Got sent to Randazzos with my Grand Caravan that I recently purchased from Bob's Irresistible. They got it in very quickly and I was surprised to get my van back not only fixed but four new tires and brakes. Very appreciative for Bob Irresistible and Randazzos.

We were told to take our vehicle here by the place we bought the car. We were told one day for simple fixes and inspection. Took 3 days and received lots of attitude from the mechanic and he literally wouldn't tell us anything, including that he didn't even do half the things that needed done. Judd in Union City does a better job and is thorough and he's ONE PERSON. Never coming back here. Never recommending this place to anyone. Only took it there because we had to as part of the deal to buy the car. Update: We had the car looked at by someone else, they put USED tires on instead of new when we were told NEW ones would be put on. They also were suppose to fix the blower motor and all they did was replace a filter and not fix it. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I don't know how they're in business. Not to mention, the filter was put in backwards, so how can you trust them to know what they are even doing???
