Erie's harsh winters, with over 100 inches of lake-effect snow and road salt, take a serious toll on vehicles. Residents in Millcreek, Harborcreek, and South Erie regularly need rust repair, brake service, and alignment work. Pennsylvania requires annual vehicle inspections and emissions testing, keeping auto repair shops busy throughout Erie County.

It was a Friday at 4:45 pm. Got into my car and there was the “check engine light.” I recently moved to Erie and came here with a loose steering wheel that Premier had fixed, so I called them. Front desk person Karen, who is always calm and friendly and helpful, told me that if the light was solid, it was drivable, but if it was flashing, I shouldn’t. (How has no one ever told me that in 45 years of car ownership?) It was solid, so she said to get there as quickly as I could, given they close at 5:30. I got there in about 15 minutes and Steve hooked my car up to the computer and found all kinds of interesting things, such as unplugged plugs. He also found a shorted-out wire. We all thought that a problem would likely be diagnosed, and I would need to bring it back. Not so. Steve replaced the wire, plugged in the plugs and I was DONE, no need to come back. This all took until about 5:50. Steve didn’t need to stay one extra minute, let alone 20. He and Karen both communicated well and steadily as I waited. I am very pleased and grateful that they took care of me, a one-time customer, in what felt like a very urgent situation. Though I had already decided I was going to keep going there, this confirmed that to me for sure. This is a great place to go and I have found their prices reasonable. They have me now!

Needed really quick help and service with a vehicle, very accommodating, professionals in all regards, cars and people.

Extremely expensive. I took my vehicle here for the first time for a simple oil change after my long-time auto shop/mechanic retired. Just an oil change costed me nearly $150 - almost double the price you should pay anywhere else. As part of that, they did top off my wiper fluid and antifreeze, but charged an arm and a leg for that as well. I don't know how they can get away with charging so much but I would avoid this place at all costs. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust but this is definitely not it.

They go above and beyond to help their customers!! I never had a specific garage I would go to, but I feel like I am in good hands here now and won't go anywhere else. Prices are fair, and they get the work done quickly.

I asked them specifically if they would drop me off and pick me up while working on my car. my home is literally 5 mins from them. after I gave them the car, the woman told me she would only drop me off and not pick me up. wouldn't trust anything that comes out of her mouth
