James and Demay's Auto Repair

James was able to squeeze us in for a next day appointment. He was amiable and seems fair-minded. Service was prompt even though they were running shorthanded today. Overall it was a great experience and we will absolutely be returning when our vehicle next requires service.

I started having my vehicle serviced here in April of this year and I cannot say enough good things about this garage. The service was exceptional and the customer service was unsurpassable! I got honest feedback and was charged more than a fair price. I was back there a couple weeks ago to have my AC fixed and once again, the same great experience. This past Friday I was headed out of town for a family wedding and the temperature light came on. After a frustrating half hour, I contacted James (after hours on a Friday) and he stayed on the phone with me and had me send pics so he could try to walk me through what needed to be done. Unfortunately, I had to leave my vehicle parked in a lot just off the highway and it’s being towed to James and Demays garage as I type this, but we made it to the wedding safely (thanks to family members who stuck with us on the highway) and had a great time! But kudos to James for selflessly answering my call and staying on the phone with me when he didn’t have to. Definitely 5 starts and I recommend this garage every chance I get!!!

I went to James and Demays’s because it was close to home, but I had such a great experience that if they moved further away, I would follow. They went into great detail about what exactly my car needed and broke down every penny that went into my bill. They did a great job. I am very happy with the service that I received. And I will be back!

I had an outstanding experience with this auto repair shop. The technician went above and beyond, not only fixing my car quickly and efficiently but also making sure I fully understood the work being done. He was incredibly friendly and personable, taking the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel overwhelmed or as though I didn’t know enough. My grandmother even drove me to the shop, and she was just as impressed with him! It's rare to find someone who treats women with such respect, especially in an industry where some might try to take advantage or make us feel less knowledgeable. He was also amazing with my son, making the entire experience even more positive. The pricing was fair, well within my budget, and the technician even stayed late and came in on his day off to get the job done. We need more mechanics like him in this world. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone—he truly provides top-notch, trustworthy service!
