They explained why the work was recommended and how it would help in the long run, and they answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. Went to Harrell Automotive due to its location and needed general maintenance. Dropped off the vehicle and waited for it. After a few minutes, Matt (customer representative) came to me and asked if I could take a look at the vehicle with him. Found out that there was more issues to it than the general maintenance. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to have me look at the issue beforehand. We both figured out the best way to solve the issue. I was very pleased how he handled this with me and the fact he did not want me to go back without any further problems. Everything was detailed, the vehicle was repaired correctly. I only go to Harrell for my vehicle. I trust them with the care of my older car and that they have my best interest in mind. They always clearly explain what needs to be done with recommendations plus other suggestions based on regular maintenance required to keep my vehicle running safely. I never feel obligated or forced to have work done. Communication is clear and I am offered options to keep my vehicle running safely. Their warranty on their work is top notch and they are honest when it comes to work that falls into that category without me having to say anything.

I had my car towed there for a diagnostic, I was told the engine was internally damaged and had to be replaced coming up to a totaling amount of 9K. I had my car towed to another shop and diagnosed just to find out the engine was perfectly fine and that I only need a few sensors and a fuel pump. I paid 1K in parts & labor and now my car runs perfectly fine. They are inaccurate and careless when it comes to GENUINE customer service. I would HIGHLY not recommend this establishment for any service not even a oil change.

I had a situation with my car that needed immediate attention. I was very politely catered to by the helpful staff and my issue was resolved much quicker than I expected. The fact that I didn't have an appointment didn't deter them from providing service but actually seemed genuinely to care about my difficult situation. Often times you will hear people say, "Your emergency isn't my problem." The people at Harrell Automotive made my emergency their problem and resolved it quickly. Many thanks to you!!!
