Firestone Complete Auto Care

2014 Ford Flex. I had tires put on at Walmart and had them balanced of course. I noticed my car shaking at 70mph and up. Pretty badly too. It was nearly uncomfortable to drive. I went to Firestone in hopes to have it fixed with a roadforce balance w/ regular balance. The total was about 160, mind you this is a great price for the amount of work that goes into the roadforce balancing. At the end the total actually ended up being 73. I only paid for a regular balance because they said my roadforce numbers were well within spec and they didn't feel the need to charge me for a service I didn't need. That was so awesome that they did that for me. The drive home was SMOOTH!!!

They are always so helpful! Michael and Austin do a great job at the front desk. I can always get an appointment quickly and they explain the problem to you. Highly recommend for tires and regular car maintenance! Their road hazard is a great deal since you can find a Firestone nationwide.

Austin, Joe, Mike, and Cody are absolutely phenomenal! The great thing about Firestone is that they truly respect their customers and treat them like family. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, honesty, and integrity. Joe was especially forthright about the work I needed done on my old gal and encouraged me to think more long term about the investment of my money in relation to my vehicle reliability. I left with a car that is in much better condition, but most importantly with an informed understanding of seeking a better vehicle and additional services that would preserve my sanity and financial stability. I genuinely love Firestone and plan to be a loyal customer. However, I will always request being serviced by the four awesome guys I mentioned in the beginning. Great customer service, knowledge, and smiles. 🫶🏾

Prompt first thing in the morning (7:00 am) service. Manager was courteous and professional. Had my car ready (replace flat tire on my rental) in record time and had me on my way to the airport with time to spare! Would highly recommend Millcreek Mall Firestone!

I cannot praise this location enough. When faced with some very difficult car problems, they took time to explain my cars issues to me in detail. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process to help take photos for evidence, keep me updated, and were so kind and supportive throughout it. I have always enjoyed going to this location, but this really changed how I view it! I’ve been telling everyone and anyone about just how amazing they are. They’re simply the best!
