How it works (honest version)
Concierge+ is AI-delivered. Reports and plans are generated by AI agents reviewing public data, intake-data, and your inputs. The Manager (Nnamdi Ohu) reviews escalations and edge cases but does not personally deliver each report.
For licensed-trade work or in-person service, you'll be routed to a vetted, independently licensed Erie provider — same as the free tier. Concierge+ doesn't change who does the work; it gives you intelligence around the work.
Cancel any time in your member dashboard. No long-term contract. Annual billing saves money but is not required.

Is Concierge+ a service contract?
No. It's a subscription to AI-delivered intelligence and priority routing. The actual service work is performed by independent licensed providers, not by The Erie Concierge.
Does Concierge+ cover repairs?
No. The subscription covers maintenance planning, vetting reports, regulatory alerts, risk assessment, and priority routing. Repair work is quoted and performed by the vetted provider, who you pay directly.
What if a vetting report turns up a problem?
You decide what to do with that information. We don't recommend or warn; we report facts so you can make an informed choice.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your dashboard. No prorated refund on annual billing past 30 days.
